DM's Notes

I have added unit conversions to any recipes where quantities or oven temperatures were expressed in one set of units. These additions by me are in [square brackets]. I did not convert measurements expressed in terms of cups, tablespoons (Tbsp.) or teaspoons (tsp.), since I figured people could just use whatever spoons or cups are handy in the kitchen (that's what I do, and it works for me). If there is anything in a recipe which you still can't work out, check the section below.
