SELECTION CRITERIA FOR GENERAL AND FACULTY-SPECIFIC SCHOLARSHIP
Many of the sponsors, especially companies, have linked their sponsorship to a certain subject or faculty. In addition to these faculty-specific scholarships, the Ruhr-Universität Scholarship also has a proportion of general scholarships that can be awarded to students of any subject. The faculty-specific scholarships are awarded by the faculties on the basis of the students` academic performance. Therefore these scholarships might be awarded only to students who are in a specific semester.
You can find the selection criteria for the individual faculties here (both for the faculty-specific scholarships and the general ones).
