Dr. Uli Paetzel, Mayor of the City of Herten
Between 1991 and 1997 Uli Paetzel studied Social Science and French Studies for the teaching profession at the RUB. After his graduation he decided to do a doctorate in Sociology and received a teaching post.
Today, Uli Paetzel is Mayor of the City of Herten.
